 The advance of the technologies it has been allowed to be an important tool in the development of the process of education learning, which allows this to the students to acquire the knowledge in more immediate and wide form, nevertheless, is not sufficient in order that the pupil learns it, had to, due to the fact that often this knowledge not always can be applied. In view of the previous thing, the teacher fulfills a fundamental role, in the knowledge and use of these technologies, due to the didactic importance that they could have if it gives him a good use. The function of the TICS in education they are great and varied, can go from the production of a text up to the use and elaboration of web pages like informative way, on the other hand, allows the teacher to support a wide vision of his discipline, to incorporate new methodologies of work and to update his knowledge, as well as also to improve the communication between the pupils. The teachers who know and handle the TICS acquire competitions that the use of the technologies facilitates to them, since for example, are capable of sailing in Internet, of calculating information, of using an e-mail, in spite of all these advantages, many teachers nowadays, do not manage to understand the usefulness utility it can mean the use of the TICS in the development of his classes.
